Return Policy

Due to the custom-made, curated, and often seasonal nature of our home furnishings and decor products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and images before completing your purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. We will investigate promptly and arrange for a replacement or suitable resolution in accordance with UAE consumer protection practices.
