RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer limited exchanges under the following conditions:

1.Pre-Delivery Exchange Request: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed and dispatched for delivery, we are unable to accommodate any exchange requests.

2.Price Difference: Any price difference between the original item and the new exchange item will be charged or refunded accordingly at the time the exchange is processed.

3.Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The requested exchange item must be of equal or greater value unless a top-up payment is made.

Return Policy

Due to the custom-made, curated, and often seasonal nature of our home furnishings and decor products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and images before completing your purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at store@enzahomeuae.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. We will investigate promptly and arrange for a replacement or suitable resolution in accordance with UAE consumer protection practices.
